Essie Matte About You: Review
First off I, I know my post are kind of all over the place but I am really trying to make this blog reflect who I am as diverse and random as that is. I love to read beauty/fashion blogs so I figured I do a review of my own.
In case you don’t know this nail polish’s intention is to take away the shine on your nails. My mom thought it was strange and I’m sure alot of other people do too but I thought it looked really cool online and wanted to try something new.
So I tried this nail polish over this purple nail polish I bought that was darker than it appeared on the bottle (what I get for trying cheap polish) and the matte actually made it the color on the bottle! Maybe the shine was making the nail polish appear darker, problem eliminated. Another great thing about this polish is that it dries insanely quickly like 30 seconds quickly. If you are in a rush to go somewhere and do your nails before this a great choice. This nail polish is perfect if you want to turn down some nail polish that is too girly. Its not something I would use everytime I did my nails but when I want to do something different and less feminine its perfect. So overall a great product. I’ll add an update if I have any out of the norm experiences with chipping or anything else.
